How to store birth control pills in the heat?
Good day. In connection with the current heat, I would like to ask for advice on the storage of drugs including anti tablets. For example: today I leave the house before the south, peztstanek-bus route 20 min-premises. In the premises it will spend a few hours, later maybe a walk. I always kill the tablets in a plastic container with this broken down into 3 times of the day and hold the bag in a small closed pocket. I'm afraid it's not enough but It's a pity I'm coming back from a meeting with friends at home earlier tyljo zr due to the tablet. W czasie upałów najbardziej optymalne postępowanie polega na przechowywaniu tabletek w oryginalnym opakowaniu w najchłodniejszym miejscu w domu (np. zamykana, zacieniona szafka w tym pomieszczeniu, w którym panuje na ogół najniższa temperatura). Jeśli zasadniczo nie ma Pani problemów z dostępnością tabletek, to w okresie letnim być może nie warto gromadzić ich dużych zapasów, a jedynie np. opakowanie bieżące plus zapasowe. Dzięki temu otrzymując lek z apteki, w której warunki temperaturowe są kontrolowane, nie naraża Pani zapasów na długotrwałe przechowywanie w mieszkaniu, gdzie być może temperatura także bywa podwyższona.
Za porę przyjmowania tabletek najlepiej wówczas wybrać taką, kiedy jest Pani zawsze lub prawie zawsze w domu (np. rano, a nie po południu, skoro zamierza Pani często wychodzić). Opisane postępowanie nie wymaga żadnych nakładów finansowych.
