Istnieje ogromna grupa przeciwzakrzepowych leków doustnych zarówno starych jak i nowych generacji:

Niestety, nie wiem, który z nich miał lekarz na myśli - wszystkie dostępne są na receptę, więc zapewne specjalista dobierze coś do Pana stanu zdrowia.
Nie dobiera się leków doustnych do poprzednio stosowanych leków we wstrzyknięciach, więc tylko na podstawie informacji, że aktualnie stosuje Pan Neoparin, nie jestem w stanie określić, co może Pan brać w przyszłości.
