Are the granules in the faeces normal after Depakine Chronosphere?
Good morning. My 4.5 year old daughter who has autism for 3 weeks receives depakine chronosphere 100 granules. In the leaflet he writes that it is almost completely absorbed. There are a lot of these granules in the feces and I don't know if that's normal. In addition, it became flashy and aggression appeared. Whether this is how the medicine works or reported it to your doctor. Best regards

Zgodnie z dokumentacja leku Depakine Chronosphere: "Ze względu na przedłużony proces uwalniania i rodzaj substancji pomocniczych wszystkie składniki produktu, z wyjątkiem substancji czynnych, nie są wchłanianie w przewodzie pokarmowym i są one wydalane z kałem po całkowitym uwolnieniu substancji czynnych". Najprawdopodobniej zatem obserwowane przez Panią granulki są niewchłanialnymi elementami leku.
Jeśli chodzi o reakcję dziecka na terapię (zmiany w zachowaniu), to najlepiej skonsultować się z lekarzem.
