Is nausea -even during the day, reduced appetite and strange well-being are normal symptoms at the beginning of therapy with Depakine Chrono 300?

Good morning My 14-year-old daughter has been taking depakine chrono 300 for 4 days. Currently 300 mg. for the night. Unfortunately, I feel that it feels worse. He vomits in the morning (bile, because there is nothing) even 2-3 times, nausea intensified-even during the day, decreased appetite and reports that he "feels strange". Unfortunately, he is unable to say what the other feeling is. Whether such symptoms can be considered "normal" at the initial stage of treatment. She was diagnosed with epilepsy and migraine. For 3 months almost every morning vomiting (without food content) and has nausea. She underwent a full diagnosis at the hospital to rule out other causes of vomiting.
