I do not find such a drug as "Ulotrim", perhaps you wanted to ask about "Urotrim". If so, please read on. Otherwise, please re-enter the correct name of the medicine. Urotrim is a drug with a strong bacteriostatic effect. Indications for use are the treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections and the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections. Urotrim does not cause the prostate to shrink and there are no indications in the therapy of prostate hypertrophy as such. However, it can be ordered by a doctor if prostate hypertrophy is accompanied by urine retention, which contributes to the development of bacteria and recurrent, difficult to treat urinary tract infections.
