Pod warunkiem, że przyjmowanie leków Anticol i Naltex zostało zalecone przez lekarza, jednoczesne ich stosowanie nie jest przeciwwskazane. Wspomniane leki mają różne mechanizmy działania. Stosowane w połączeniu mogą być skuteczne w leczeniu osób z podwójną diagnozą uzależnienia od kokainy i alkoholu.
