Po wyjęciu bieżącego krążka 6 czerwca, od razu proszę włożyć kolejny i pozostawić go w pochwie na następne 3 tygodnie. W ten sposób krwawienie z odstawienia pojawi się dopiero po usunięciu drugiego krążka.
