Zarówno preparat Mirtazapine jak i Trittico stosowane są u pacjentów z depresją. Trittico CR stosuje się również w zaburzeniach snu.

Wpływ leków przeciwdepresyjnych na leczenie depresji jest uwarunkowany indywidualnie. Odpowiedź pacjenta na zaproponowane leczenie wynika m.in. z historii choroby danego pacjenta czy też z wcześniej stosowanych preparatów. Decyzja o stosowaniu konkretnego leku powinna zostać podjęta po konsultacji z lekarzem specjalistą.
