Is it normal that after a few months of using Escitalopram anxiety has intensified?

I take for eight months escitalopram and again fears and fear intensified if it's normal please advice because I do not know what to do

Jeżeli escitalopram do tej pory był skuteczny, a nagle objawy choroby nasiliły się, może to oznaczać, że stosowana dawka jest zbyt mała.
Proszę skontaktować się z lekarzem prowadzącym, który dokładniej oceni Pani aktualny stan psychiczny i samopoczucie, a następnie zwiększy dawkę leku lub zmieni go na inny (o ile uzna, że jest taka potrzeba).
