Do you still take 2 fostex inhales, or use another medicine to prevent attacks of shortness of breath?

I took 2 breaths in the morning and evening fostex 200+6,and in the afternoon berodual and pulmicort in tabbing and choked very much. Now instead of pulmicort and berodual, the doctor prescribed me a metypred 16 mg.. I used for a week and brought relief. Question.Whether to continue to take after 2 inhales fostex or add another drug to prevent such attacks of shortness of breath. Please help. Thank you.I'll add that I'm 82 years old
