If I start medical marijuana therapy, can I be afraid of losing my job?

Hello. My illness qualifies for medical marijuana. I would like to know before I start to apply for medical marijuana because at work I have randomly done tests for the presence of drugs in the body (saliva tests). Would I be protected to some extent and can I be afraid of losing my job? Best regards

Sądzę, że Pana pytanie należałoby skierować do specjalisty z dziedziny kadr lub prawa pracy, a nie do farmaceuty. Takie specjalista powinien być zapoznany z realiami Pana zakładu pracy, regulaminem wewnętrznym oraz czy i na ile indywidualnie do Pana przypadku mógłby podejść pracodawca. W mojej ocenie dokumentacja medyczna powinna być mocnym argumentem.
