Can a hard belly and urinate be caused by a Ginoring disc?

Around the time I started using the ginorimg system, I have a hard underbelly. I thought it was about getting things done, but it didn't. I also have a pressure to urinate. On Friday I go to the gynecologist, but I wanted to ask in advance. Could this be due to the puck?
