If I forget Pradaxa, can I use warfarin?
I take pradaxa permanently 150, 2 times a day. Due to the departure and oblivion of the drug, I have at my disposal Warfaryne 3 mg. Is for 3 days I can somehow replace Pradaxe.

Warfaryna powinna być stosowana pod kontrolą lekarza prowadzącego i aktualnych badań wartości wskaźnika INR. Nie powinna być stosowana zamiennie z lekiem Pradaxa. Leki mają odmienne mechanizmy działania.
