Samo występowanie POChP nie jest przeciwwskazaniem do stosowania przeciwbólowego leku Ibuprom.
Przeciwwskazaniami do stosowania preparatu Ibuprom jest m.in. uczulenie na składniki preparatu, choroba wrzodowa żołądka lub dwunastnicy, ciężka niewydolność wątroby, nerek lub serca, skaza krwotoczna.
