What to buy gel for ionophoresis?

Hello. I'm after breaking my right hand. Multilayer fracture with displacement. 5 days after removing the gisu,the hand is swollen. I have finger stiffness and many other movement restrictions whereby it weighs terrible pain.. I am currently starting rehabilitation. Question. What gel should I buy for ionophoresis?
