What if I held the puck in the sheath for too long and put the next one too early?
Witam.Od year used contraceptive discs, always as it should. Unfortunately, I looked at the deadline to remove the puck and instead of doing it on Wednesday at 9 pm I took it out only on Sunday evening. I did not delve too deeply into the topic, and I very much regret it, because the next puck I put on without applying the 7-day break (I set up as before on Wednesday at 21. Menstruation has not yet occurred (pregnancy exclude). Please advice on what to do in such a situation. Thank you very much in advance!

Jeśli system pozostawał w pochwie dłużej niż 3 tygodnie, ale nie dłużej niż 4 tygodnie jest Pani nadal zabezpieczona przed zajściem w ciążę.
7-dniową przerwę można skrócić dowolnie bez utraty ochrony przed ciążą, ale zbyt krótka przerwa może sprawić, że krwawienie z odstawienia pojawi się dopiero podczas kolejnej 7-dniowej przerwy za 3 tygodnie.
Proszę nic nie robić - wszystko jest w porządku.
