Is it normal that I have heavy bleeding when using Elin 3 times a day?
Hi, for some time I have irregular, prolonged periods. The doctor recommended taking Elin tablets - after consulting a doctor - I started taking Elinu on the 8th day of bleeding - to stop bleeding - for the first 5 days - 3x1 tablet, for another 5 days - 2x1 tablet, then 11 days - 1x1 tablet. I take the tablets for the third day and noticed that the bleeding has intensified - it is very strong and abundant.. Is that normal? Should I continue taking the medicine or stop taking it? When should bleeding stop?

Lekarz zalecił Pani dawkowanie leku Elin poza wskazaniami producenta, bowiem lek "normalnie" stosuje się raz na dobę.
W takiej sytuacji, kiedy lekarz zaleca dawkowanie leku inne niż zwykle, wszelkie możliwe działania niepożądane pojawiające się podczas terapii należy omawiać z lekarzem, który planował taką terapię zgodnie ze swoją najlepszą wiedzą i doświadczeniem, gdyż, tak jak wspomniałam, przyjmuje Pan lek w inny sposób niż przewidziano, więc nie mogę powiedzieć, czy skutki towarzyszące takiej terapii są normalne, bowiem pacjentki zwykle stosują lek raz na dobę.
Oczywiście takie dawkowanie nie jest błędne - lekarz może zalecić lek inaczej niż przewiduje producent:
