Ponieważ leki Aglan i Skudexa należą do tej samej grupy - niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych, nie należy stosować ich jednocześnie. Łączenie tych leków zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, m.in. podrażnienie przewodu pokarmowego (biegunka, ból brzucha, krwawienie z przewodu pokarmowego), upośledzenie funkcji wątroby i nerek, pogorszenie wydolności serca, zaburzenie krzepliwości krwi.
