Prawidłowe ciśnienie skurczowe według najnowszych wytycznych powinno być niższe niż 120 mmHg, a rozkurczowe - niższe niż 80 mmHg.
Nieprawidłowe wartości pulsu określane są mianem bradykardii (dla wartości poniżej 60). Średni puls powinien wynosić 72-75 uderzeń serca na minutę.
Jeśli jest Pani zaniepokojona wynikiem pomiaru ciśnienia tętniczego, należy omówić go z lekarzem rodzinnym dysponującym Pani dokumentacją zdrowia.
