What is the difference between Pimafucort and clotrimazole cream?
I was prescribed gynalgin, fluconazole and pimafucort for vaginal mycosis. He has been taking these drugs for 4 days and the only symptom left is burning of the labia. Pimafucort never worked on me too well and quickly. I would like to replace it with clotrimazolum in cream. Won't it interact with gynalgin and fluzonazole? He wants to lubricate it only on the ear blisters of the labia.

The drug Pimafucort contains 3 components: - hydrocortisone - glucocorticosteroid with anti-inflammatory effect, - natamycin - antifungal drug, - neomycin - antibiotic. So it is a broad-spectrum drug, available only on prescription. Clotrimazole, although it has some antibacterial properties, is primarily an antifungal drug with a wide spectrum of action. Tak, wyleczyłam infekcje. Używałam clotrimazolum i nadal czasami go stosuję jak coś mnie chwilowo zaswędzi lub zapiecze.
Wyleczyla Pani infekcje? Również borykam się z pieczeniem i zaczerwienienie sromu. Pimafuvort nie działa, a nawet bym powiedziała że jest gorzej.

Nie ma przeciwwskazań do stosowania kremów z klotrimazolem podczas terapii produktami leczniczymi Gynalgin i Fluconazole.
Lek Pimafucort zawiera 3 składowe: hydrokortyzon - glikokortykosteroid o działania przeciwzapalnym, natamycynę - lek przeciwgrzybiczy i neomycynę - antybiotyk. Jest to więc lek o szerokim spektrum działania. Klotrimazol choć posiada pewne właściwości przeciwbakteryjne, jest przede wszsytkim lekiem przeciwgrzybiczym o szerokim spektrum działania. Jeśli przyczyną dolegliwości jest infekcja bakteryjna, zalecony przez lekarza Pimafucort powinien okazać się skuteczniejszy w porównaniu do kremu z klotrimazolem.
Jeśli zastosowanie Pimafucortu i kremu z klotrimazolem nie przyniesie poprawy, można podejrzewać, że przyczyną dolegliwości jest wysuszenie bądź podrażnienie błon śluzowych narządów wewnętrznych. Można wówczas sięgnąć po jeden z dostępnych bez recepty żeli nawilżających, łagodzących podrażnienia i wspomagających odbudowę mikroflory narządów płciowych.
