Pregabalin is addictive, and very addictive! It's a nasty drug because, unlike antidepressants, I take it right away, without any side effects. But giving up this shit is an ordeal! However, I don't think that pregabalin is addictive because I didn't feel that I needed this dose so much and you don't reject doses yourself. Discontinuation of medication should be under the supervision of a psychiatrist. So if you want to put it down wisely and with proper control.

Odstawienie preparatu powinno odbywać się pod kontrolą lekarza prowadzącego. Ze względu na to, że u niektórych pacjentów mogą występować objawy odstawienne, zaleca się stopniowe zmniejszanie dawki. Czas niezbędny do całkowitego odstawienia preparatu zależy m.in. od reakcji organizmu na coraz mniejszą dawkę.

Tak uważam,że pregabalina uzależnia choć lekarze twierdzą że nie.Ja biorę też 1.5 roku jedną tabl.75mg i nie mogę przestać.Kazda próba odstawienia kończy się silnym niepokojem i zwyżką ciśnienia.Jak to gówno odstawić? Mam poważny problem.

Tak, zgodnie z naszymi wcześniejszymi ustaleniami - jeśli będzie Pani stosować: najpierw po 1 tabletce co 2 dni, potem po 1 tabletce co 3 dni i tak dalej - siłą rzeczy odstawianie leku ulegnie wydłużeniu i przez to powinna Pani uniknąć pojawienia się nieprzyjemnych skutków odstawienia pregabaliny.

Mam jeszcze jedno pytanie. Czy można wychodzić z pregabaliny długofalowo. Chciałabym, po ostatnim doświadczeniu, robic to bardzo stopniowo. Bardzo dziękuję za poprzednie odpowiedzi.

Generalnie - myślę, że warto skonsultować z lekarzem schemat postępowania w Pani/Pana przypadku. Nie jest prawdą, że po nagłym odstawieniu Pregabaliny nie ma skutków ubocznych - świadczy o tym chociażby zapis w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego. Co prawda takie zjawisko zdarza się rzadko i raczej u pacjentów którzy przyjmowali lek nieprawidłowo albo bardzo długo, aczkolwiek - występuje. Moim zdaniem przedstawiony przez Panią/Pana schemat jest rozsądny i warty przedyskutowania. Dzięki stopniowemu zmniejszaniu dawki będzie można odzwyczaić organizm od stosowania leku i tym samym - ustrzec się nieprzyjemnych skutków ubocznych.

Proszę mi poradzić, bo straciłam zaufanie do mojego lekarza. Twierdził, że po nagłym odstawieniu nie ma żadnych ubocznych objawów. Czy mogę brać ponownie przez tydzień codziennie, w drugim tygodniu co drugi dzień, w trzecim co trzeci itd.?
