The side effect will go away on its own when the drug is discontinued - this process cannot be rushed. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and keep them up to date, which can help other patients in the future. Nie ma na to pytanie jednoznacznej odpowiedzi, jednak spodziewać się można, że działania niepożądane miną po całkowitym wydaleniu leku z ustroju.
Po usunięciu systemu transdermalnego stężenie buprenorfiny - substancji czynnej leku Transtec - w surowicy zmniejsza się w sposób ciągły. Ulega ona wydaleniu ze średnim okresem półtrwania około 30 godzin (od 22 do 36) - jest to czas, po którym stężenie leku we krwi spadnie o połowę. Potrzeba więc kilku-kilkunastu dób na to, aby organizm wydalił lek.
Proszę pamiętać, że działania niepożądane leków powinno się zgłaszać lekarzowi lub indywidualnie.
