After 6 years of taking methadone, can I reset myself?

I'm on 170 levomethadone plus I chose regular methadone 450 myself, I want to get off it but I don't know how to do it, will someone help how much and how much to go down so as not to have the worst twists etc . There is only one way - consistent dose reduction! I went down from 20 mg. reducing first by 5 mg. weekly, from 5mg. I reduced after 1 mg. for a week then I stopped completely but every other day, then I saved myself tramalem also every few days two tablets then one finally when I felt reasonably well I stopped all this and for six years I am without these poisons - I greet and wish you health
