Hello on the 5th day of taking the antibiotic cipronex 500 mg 2 times a day after 1 tablet I started bleeding and the period ended about 6 days ago

I have a similar problem. I took Cipronex 500 for 7 days for e. coli bacteria once after my period. After this medication, after two days I have spotting and blood in the mucus. Is this a side effect of the drug?

I also after using this antibiotic got menstruation for the 5th day, I have never had such a situation, and to the period I have 19 days, it seems to me that these are side effects
