What antibiotics can be used for otitis ?
Hello, For about 3 months I have had purulent otitis ( ruptured bebench membrane). I've been to two ENT specialists, but each time I got zinnat, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Could I get information on what antibiotics are still used for this type of inflammation?

For the treatment of otitis, amoxicillin is used in the first place (eg Duomox, Amotax). The use in the treatment of otitis (m.in in people allergic to amoxicillin) is also found in the axetyl of cefuroxime (eg Zinnat, Bioracef), ceftriaxone in the form of injections (eg Biotrakson) or clarithromycin (eg Klabax, Klacid).
