It is true that Pylera contains tetracycline, the absorption of which is reduced by magnesium and calcium preparations, so it is best to take Magne B6 Forte and Calperos at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after the Pylera dose if absolutely necessary. However, it is best to consult a doctor who, if he or she considers it justified, will recommend that magnesium and calcium be discontinued for the duration of the antibiotic treatment.
