Tour coaches are usually air-conditioned and in this case I do not see the need to store Vines tablets additionally in refrigerated conditions. A thermal insulation bag can be useful for short transport of medicine in the heat, but it should be remembered that its duration of action is limited (it usually keeps the temperature for about an hour). If you have the opportunity to leave the tablets in the hotel, choose the coolest place, e.g. a cabinet by the floor, away from sunlight. Do not leave medication in a car/bus, parking lot or in direct sunlight.
