Can nausea and diarrhea occur in the first few days of using Sulpiride, and will the symptoms disappear over time?

Good morning, I use sulpiride 50mg for depression on the 3rd day, will the tolerable nausea and diarrhoea (generally abdominal discomfort) pass? Does the body need adaptation as in the case of other SSRIs/SNRIs?

Nausea, loose stools and abdominal pain are common side effects that usually occur in the first two weeks of using the drug.
After about 1-2 weeks of regular intake of Sulpiride, these symptoms usually fade or disappear completely.

If after about 2-3 weeks of treatment with Sulpiride the symptoms do not go away, consult your doctor. You may need to change your treatment.

Any side effects you observe should be reported to your doctor who will decide on further action.
