Yes, you can drink chamomile and fennel infusions with Vinpoven (vinpocetine). There are no known significant interactions between vinpocetine and these herbs when consumed in typical amounts as an infusion.
However, it is worth being careful if you are also taking anticoagulants, antiplatelets or are prone to bleeding, as chamomile can in some cases increase the effects of such drugs. If Vinpoven is the only medicine you use or you are not taking medicines that affect blood clotting, drinking these infusions should not be a problem.
