The dosage of Exacyl oral solution in children, according to the indications of the Summary of Product Characteristics, is 20 mg per kilogram of body weight per day (i.e. 25 kg x 20 mg = 500 mg - this is the dose contained in half an ampoule). Your doctor may recommend a different dosage regimen, so you should read your doctor's recommendations before administering the drug.
