Good morning. Do my ultrasound results indicate that my body tolerates Aidee contraception well? At the time of the study, I was on the second day of the withdrawal break. My bleeding practically did not appear. I only noticed brown mucus on the paper. As a preventive measure, I took a test and it was negative. The doctor only said that everything was ok, but then I saw on the Internet that the endometrium and ovaries were probably too big.

I had an incident with stomach drops, which later turned out to have an ingredient in them: St. John's wort. The last time I took it was on April 2 and unfortunately it was a double dose of about 40 drops. I stopped after discovering that they have St. John's wort. I took pills and a few days later there was a close-up (without ejaculation inside). At the end of the spotting break, I did a test. The last intercourse was on April 30. Has St. John's wort already stopped working on my body then? On May 6 and 11 I also did tests and they came out negative.

The interpretation of test results is carried out by a doctor, in this case a gynaecologist. The pharmacist is not authorized in this regard.
Here you can take advantage of a teleconsultation with a gynaecologist:

If you have been taking the pill regularly and have not used any other medication that could weaken the effectiveness of contraception during this time, there is no reason to worry.
Endometrium of about 7 mm during the bleeding break is typical, especially when you have observed spotting.
In my opinion, there is no reason to worry, which is also confirmed by the result of the pregnancy test you performed.
You should continue to take the tablets as recommended by your gynaecologist.
