Diosminex Max (diosmin) is a drug used mainly in venous insufficiency and does not have a significant effect on intraocular pressure, so it can be used in patients with glaucoma.
There is no data indicating that diosmin intensifies the course of glaucoma or interacts significantly with typical ophthalmic drugs. However, I encourage you to inform your doctor about all the preparations you are taking, especially if glaucoma is undergoing pharmacological treatment.
