Good morning / good evening. I'm Michel and I'm about 25 years old. I've been noticing a slightly yellowish leak on my penis for some time now. I also notice it every morning. But I didn't have any itching or pain. Please help me understand what I have. 🙏🙏

The symptom you described in the form of yellowish secretion from the urethra – even in the absence of accompanying pain or itching – is an alarm signal that most often indicates a urinary tract infection, including sexually transmitted diseases (e.g. chlamydia or gonorrhea). The absence of pain does not exclude the presence of microorganisms that, if left untreated, can lead to serious complications, such as inflammation of the epididymis or prostate.
I encourage you to immediately consult a urologist or venereologist who will order appropriate laboratory tests (urethral swab or molecular urine test using PCR). Please remember to refrain from sexual contact until the results are obtained and possible antibiotic therapy is completed to avoid transmitting the infection to your partner.
