My 4-year-old child had dropsy eyes before being examined 5 times with cyclophthalene drops. She went through it very badly. That was 7 days ago. Since then, she has been complaining in the morning that her eyes hurt and that she can't see? Could it be from these drops?

Yes, the reported eye pain and visual disturbances in a child may be due to the fact of Cyclophthyal drops.
According to the package leaflet of Cyclophthyal:
"With repeated use, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction, which manifests itself as permanent eye irritation, blurred vision and congestion of the eye."
These are side effects that occur with an unknown frequency and if the symptoms persist after using Cyclophthyal, talk to your doctor.
