Why did bleeding occur during Microgynon active tablets, could Ocrevus have caused it?

Hello, what should I do when I started bleeding in the last week of using microgynon tablets? I still have 4 pills left until the end of the leaf. What can this be a symptom of? I'm 37 years old and I've been taking pills since I was 20 years old, I suffer from MS and I'm treated for it with ocrevus.

If you use the pills regularly, a single intracyclic bleeding should not be a concern. It may be related, m.in, to some infection, weakness. As for Ocrevus – the drug does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of Microgynon. You should continue to use the tablets despite bleeding.

If the situation also repeats itself in 2 consecutive cycles, then you should consult a gynecologist. Additional hormonal tests or ultrasound may be necessary.
