After about 2 weeks after intercourse, the result of the blood pregnancy test will be as reliable as possible.
Everything indicates that you are not pregnant. Spotting and bleeding during breastfeeding can occur – cycles can be irregular.
It may be worth considering including hormonal contraception, e.g. single-component pills, which can be used by women during lactation.
