Does the procedure of administering (patching) 1 tablet of disulfiram make sense? I wanted to have peace for about a year and I was sewn up with 100mg.

From the point of view of pharmacology, the administration of only one tablet of Disulfiram (100 mg) in the form of a "patch" is a dose significantly below the threshold of therapeutic efficacy and does not provide protection against alcohol consumption for the declared year.
The standard procedure usually assumes the implantation of 8 to 10 tablets (a total of approx. 800 mg - 1000 mg), which is aimed at maintaining a constant concentration of the active substance in the plasma for a period of several to several months.
Sewing in a single 100 mg tablet is unlikely to provide a significant or long-lasting aversive effect after alcohol consumption. A single dose will be released and metabolized too quickly, causing the aldehyde dehydrogenase blockade mechanism to stop working much sooner than you assumed. In practice, this may mean that there is no expected security.
I recommend that you consult with the doctor who performed the procedure to clarify the dose used and possibly consider other, more effective forms of addiction therapy.
