Should I take the pill "the day after" if I took the disc out for about 7 hours and during that time intercourse took place?

Good morning. On the 9th day of using the Adaring contraceptive disc, I took it out before intercourse and forgot to put it back in, I realized after a period of 7 hours. I couldn't find the previous one, so I put a new one in. My partner came besides me, but I'm in the period of fertile days. Can I take the morning-after pill in this situation?

Since the ejaculation of semen occurred outside the vagina, there was no risk of pregnancy and there is no need to use the morning-after pill.

Protection may now be reduced, so for the first 7 days of wearing a new disc, you should use a condom for each intercourse as a preventive measure. Putting on a new disc means starting a new 3-week cycle. After 3 weeks, take a 7-day break, then apply a new disc.
