Yes, although it happens rarely – an allergic reaction can occur to Trimbow. Symptoms may include, m.in example, rash, itchy skin, hives, swelling of the face, lips or throat, as well as shortness of breath or increased wheezing after inhalation.
Sometimes there is also a throat irritation, cough or hoarseness – it is not always an allergy, more often it is a local effect of an inhaled drug.
If you experience sudden shortness of breath, swelling of the face or throat, severe rash or difficulty breathing after taking this medicine, stop taking the medicine immediately and contact your doctor immediately. For milder symptoms (e.g. a small rash or itching), it is also worth consulting a doctor to assess whether treatment should be continued or changed.
