Is Senolek an effective remedy for insomnia (Nasen was previously used)?
Does sleep really help? Before, I took strong sleeping pills. I have a BIG problem with falling asleep :-(

Sentinel has a sleeping and calming effect. It shortens the time of falling asleep, improves the quality and depth of sleep. The effect begins after 15-30 minutes from taking the drug, the maximum effect occurs after 1-3 hours. The effect lasts for a maximum of 6 hours.
Long-term use of Senolek may cause the development of tolerance and/or dependence. The drug should only be taken on an ad hoc basis, no longer than 7 days (without consulting a doctor). Elderly patients may be more likely to experience side effects (such as confusion, concentration disorders).
It is important to note that Nasen is a stronger drug. Patients who have used this drug for a long time may see increased sleep problems after stopping it.
