After chewing the extended-release tablet, the entire dose of the active ingredient is released immediately – and not at a slow pace, which can result, for example, in the aforementioned dizziness.
In this case, you should give up physical activity, preferably lie down or sit more to avoid falling, and give up driving motor vehicles. It is also worth drinking more water.

If additional worrying symptoms appear, e.g. hot flashes, tremors, cold sweats – you should urgently consult a doctor.
