Can I give a 15 year old Regurinal?

Regurinal is a dietary supplement with a natural composition (m.in. extracts of pumpkin, goldenrod, mace and vitamins), however, it is not standardly recommended for people under 18 years of age, as there is a lack of data on safety and efficacy in this age group.

Some plant ingredients, such as Tribulus terrestris extract, can affect hormonal balance, which is not advisable during adolescence of a 15-year-old without close medical supervision. In addition, the dyes contained in the tablets (quinoline and orange yellow) may negatively affect activity and attention in children.

If a teenager is struggling with urinary tract problems, there are preparations based on cranberries, D-mannose or probiotics available in the pharmacy, which have safety studies for people of this age.
