Can I take Aspargin and Calperos together while using Solderol 30,000 or do I need to keep a distance between them?

Good morning, in the Solderol 30,000 leaflet it is written:
- products containing magnesium (e.g. antacids) - should not be used during vitamin D treatment due to the risk of high levels of magnesium in the blood.

How to treat the above for taking Asparagine? Should there be a time interval between dosing one and the other, or can you take it at the same time during breakfast?

The second issue is whether there should be an interval between the dosage of Aspargins and Calperos.

the warning in the Solderol package leaflet mainly applies to people with kidney failure or taking very high therapeutic doses of magnesium (e.g. antacids).

Asparagine contains magnesium, but in much smaller amounts, so in a healthy person with normal kidney function, it can usually be used together with vitamin D, without a special time interval. However, it is worth not exceeding the recommended doses.

As for Asparagine (magnesium) and Calperos (calcium), they can be taken on the same day, but it is better to separate them in time by 2-3 hours. This is where the interval is crucial. Magnesium and calcium compete for the same absorption mechanisms in the gut. When taken at the same time, they will "block" each other, which will weaken the effect of both drugs.

If the patient suffers from kidney diseases, it is necessary to consult a doctor and regularly test the level of electrolytes in the blood before such supplementation.
