Can Etruzil raise blood pressure?

Good morning
After Etruzil I have high blood pressure. I took only 5 bottles and the pressure has not started to appear for the last 2 days. Is it possible that this is a side effect of anxiety wear. ? I will add that I also take gebapentin 100mg, but after a 7-hour break.
