In October exactly on the 13th I put on kyleene the period appeared on November 18, then it lasted 3 days, on November 24 I had a follow-up visit to the gynecologist
The lady said that everything looks nice and puts it in, it fits perfectly (she warned me that in a few days I might have a little bleeding because it was visible on the ultrasound) and this bleeding appeared In December, I had a period of 20 Now it's January 25 and I still haven't had any bleeding Is this a cause for concern I feel good, etc

This is completely normal and is due to the mechanism of action of the drug contained in the IUD. This is a desirable effect and results from the direct effect of levonorgestrel on the membrane
uterine mucosa.

According to the manufacturer:

"Irregular bleeding and spotting often occur in the first months of use. Then, as a result of strong inhibition of the endometrium, the duration and abundance of menstrual bleeding is shortened. Scanty bleeding often turns into infrequent bleeding or amenorrhea."

Therefore, everything is within normal and there is no reason to worry.
