Don't worry, skipping one tablet will most likely not cause side effects or impaired therapy. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, no withdrawal symptoms have usually been observed when treatment is stopped, so there is a small risk that you will experience a missed tablet. Take the next tablet at the same time as usual.
According to the manufacturer's information: "In case of missed dose, you should wait and take the next dose at the usual time. Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose."
