If the cause is not ordinary reflux (heartburn), but inflammation of the internal organs, standard stomach medications will not bring improvement. Although you breathe well, the feeling of heaviness in your chest always requires the exclusion of cardiac causes, especially with such a large change in body weight in a short time.

In this situation, I encourage you to immediately contact your doctor or go to emergency care to perform blood tests (e.g. amylase and lipase levels) and abdominal ultrasound.
