I bought a package of Bed Secure Zone (absorbent foundation) in a pharmacy. TENA). I wanted to return them the same day, but they didn't want to accept them. Is it true? Of course, it was sealed.

According to the Pharmaceutical Law Act (Article 96(7)), it is not possible to return medical devices to a pharmacy m.in. Tena Bed Secure Zone sanitary pads are one of the medical devices. The conduct of the pharmacy staff was correct.
The law (Article 96(8) of the Pharmaceutical Law Act) specifies only three exceptions to the non-refundability. These include counterfeit product, misisation, or quality defect. It is not possible to accept a refund because, for example, the patient has resigned.
