Can Palexia cause worsening of pain and malaise?
Palexia had no effect on me as a painkiller, in fact the pain increased. It only weakened me and caused a severe migraine. It probably doesn't work for sciatica

Discuss with your doctor how you should treat sciatica. Palexia can cause side effects such as headaches, dizziness and nausea. Not all patients tolerate preparations belonging to the group of opioid analgesics well. In such a situation, the use of agents belonging to the group of non-steroidal analgesics should be considered.
