Why when using the drug Hyplafin Do I have very weak ejaculations?

Ejaculation disorders, including a decrease in ejaculate volume, are one of the side effects that can occur when using Hyplafin. They are described as "uncommon", i.e. in ≥ 1/1000 to < 1/100 people who use the drug.
The occurrence of this side effect is related to the fact that the finasteride contained in the preparation blocks the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, which results in reduced ejaculate production.
